This is the book Sybil aka Shirley Mason wanted me to write about my experiences. "A Dream Life" is a novel, where one can be truthful, about real occurrences. Love explodes between two U.S. Army soldiers in Germany during the Berlin Crisis. Danger of receiving a court martial and being sent to prison looms.
Non-Fiction
Dr. Suraci learned about Sybil in 1973 when his friend, Flora Schreiber, gave him her book, "Sybil". After Flora died, he discovered Sybil's true identity - Shirley Mason - and they became friends. She gave Dr. Suraci all the personal material that is in "Sybil In Her Own Words".
Book reading and signing at the Bluestockings bookstore, March 31, 2012, at 7 pm. A projection of the paintings made by 5 of Sybil's alternate personalities with interpretations and playing a recorded conversation with Shirley Mason enlighted the audience.
